Hi YouFitMEFIT’s,
How was that rocking cronulla boot camp session this morning? There was a little rain to keep us cool after our suicide sprints. Hehe (awesome job) The Fed will be waiting on Friday for you’ll!  
For all the current YouFitMEFIT’s and wanna be a youfitmefitter, doing intense training routines…this is a must read!
During our cronulla boot camp sessions and or any other high-intensity training routines causes a substantial breakdown of muscle protein. This is not helpful when trying to lose weight…if we do not know what we are doing with our diets post sessions our bodies will be looking/craving BAAAD/comfort foods. This is just too hard after a few days of saying no to BAD carbs post intense exercise sessions. We end up losing the plot and do our selves a number with a Big Mac or 6! (Trust me I’ve lost the plot many a time)
What to eat or drink post session and an insight into what actually happens on the inside during and after high-intensity exercise workouts. During the recovery or post workout there is a reduction in the catabolic (breakdown of muscle) processes and a slow increase in the repair or anabolic (building of muscle) processes, which continues for at least 24hrs post session. Latest research has shown we are to intake with in the first hour a shot of essential amino acids from good quality protein foods or drinks (15-25grams)…helping promote the increase in protein rebuilding. For me, this always helps worn off the munchies (laughs) and ultimately helps the toning up process to kick into high gear! (lean muscles less fat)

Firstly, massive effort to all Cronulla Boot Camp this morning. The Amazing Race sorts us all out when it comes to our fitness! It is very tough and rough carrying old car tires for kilometers around the sand dunes doing different toning up exercises! All said and done, make sure you enjoy the next couple days of cronulla boot camp…because it will step up next week!!!
Now, does training hard and fast help you to lose weight rapidly??? Let’s take a look at what this type of training does for our fat/energy burning mechanism (Metabolism)
When you mix 30 sec to 3 min of intense aerobic activity, efforts with 30 sec to 5 min rest between efforts, the metabolic adaptations are similar in effect to intense resistance training.
Where it can boost your metabolism for two days after work – out and without increasing muscle mass, this outcome is determined by correctly programmed and performed sequence and type of resistance aerobic/cardio training.

Will Stress lose weight rapidly?

So many people say to me “I’m under too much stress.” Will training help me deal with this stress? You, too, may be feeling this way. What is actual stress? Can some people handle more stress than others can? Is it always a bad thing? Then, let us break it dowwwn.
Let's not be too technical here and talk first about bad stress and how it may slow the rate at which we potentially could lose weight rapidly. Let’s just name a few bad stresses.
1.    Physical – Over – exercising 2. Chemical – synthetic drugs and pesticides 3. Nutritional – over eating, too little eating and let’s not forget poor quality food 4. Mental – too much heavy thinking and not enough happy fun times throughout your days.
Now, the Good times stress and the fast way to lose weight! Yippy
1.   Physical – doing to right training routines for increased fat calorie burn post session 2. Chemical – balanced hormones, good clean foods, cleansed and detox 3. Nutritional – eating for right blood type and metabolic type, (carb to proteins) 4.Positive mind sets/ outlook, setting goals and sticking to them…help from trainer!
That’s enough chit chat let’s do a super duper training routine that will burn crap loads of fat calories for a day or 2 post exercise workout!

Smashed up at Cronulla Boot Camp

Hi YouFitMEFIT’s,
Now that session this morning at Cronulla Boot Camp will give you at least 48hrs of Fat calorie after burn! That was a big session filled with full body exercises with loads of heart rate for the fitness! See you’ll Friday morning for more punishment. Make sure we follow diet plan and stay mentally strong. If you are feeling tired today, try and close eyes for 20min max and drink loads more water to fill that grumbling tummy. Your body will be looking for more calories over the next 48hrs to help repair worked out/stressed out muscles from this morning. Give it NOTHING…that way your body will have no choice to use fat stores from our ass for the muscle repair. A.K.A, toning up!
