Hi YouFitMEFIT’s,
Now that session this morning at Cronulla Boot Camp will give you at least 48hrs of Fat calorie after burn! That was a big session filled with full body exercises with loads of heart rate for the fitness! See you’ll Friday morning for more punishment. Make sure we follow diet plan and stay mentally strong. If you are feeling tired today, try and close eyes for 20min max and drink loads more water to fill that grumbling tummy. Your body will be looking for more calories over the next 48hrs to help repair worked out/stressed out muscles from this morning. Give it NOTHING…that way your body will have no choice to use fat stores from our ass for the muscle repair. A.K.A, toning up!
