Firstly, massive effort to all Cronulla Boot Camp this morning. The Amazing Race sorts us all out when it comes to our fitness! It is very tough and rough carrying old car tires for kilometers around the sand dunes doing different toning up exercises! All said and done, make sure you enjoy the next couple days of cronulla boot camp…because it will step up next week!!!

When you mix 30 sec to 3 min of intense aerobic activity, efforts with 30 sec to 5 min rest between efforts, the metabolic adaptations are similar in effect to intense resistance training.
