I finally realised that I needed to lose weight to help me feel better about myself. I started training at MEFIT personal training Gymea, with personal trainer Mike Evans at the beginning of 2011, and have since lost about 10kgs. Mike taught me the skills to eat and exercise properly. 
Thanks to Mike, I am a happier, healthier person who enjoys working out.

Prior to my first meeting with Mike Evans at MEFIT personal training, I was quite disheartened; a few years ago, I had lost 15kgs but for the last two years had been unable to shift any more. With Mike’s help, I was able, over a 6-month period, to lose an additional 12kgs.

Mike is a great personal trainer but also a supportive one, he knew where I was at and how to help me get through it. Thanks to Mike, I am a happier, healthier person who enjoys getting out and trying new things.

I had been searching for a Boot Camp group in Sutherland Shire for ages when I came across MEFIT’s Body Blitz Bootcamps cronulla. I liked the thought of training all around Cronulla so, after working up the nerve to go and see Mike Evans, I found that he was such a friendly guy and he really made me feel welcome and excited to start exercising.

Personal Training with such a friendly group of people provided the motivation and variety I've been looking for, and the amazing sunrises over Cronulla beach made those sandhills all the more worth it!

MEFIT Body Blitz Boot Camp was a great way to end the summer and I only wish I'd known about it earlier!

After having lost quite a lot of weight due to dietary changes I went in search of someone to help me tone up my body.  I needed a place where i could not only train in private so that I could build up my confidence away from the gym jocks, but something that was also easily accessible so that i wouldn't be tempted to say that it was all too hard and not go.

I started training with mike evans last year, 2010. I wasn’t feeling good about myself and needed some guidance and motivation so I went to mefit personal training to make a change. I began personal training with mike evans 4 mornings a week before work in conjunction with a few adjustments to my diet. Within 3 months I had lost 5kgs I was toned energetic and fitted into a size 6 wedding dress. Mike kept me motivated and on track. The 1 on 1 personal training sessions alternated from weights to boxing and cardio my exercise program was tailored to my requirements and training style I enjoyed.

I've done a few different Bootcamps Cronulla, with Mike Evans, MEFIT personal training. He always finds something new to challenge you in each one. Just when you think you know what to expect he throws in something different.

All of the personal trainers at MEFIT Boot Camp Sutherland Shire are passionate about what they do and ensure they push you so that you get the most out of each session. Mike’s Workouts are fun and friendly so although you might walk away shattered you'll always walk away with a smile on your face.

As an 18 yo old I use to run around endlessly and play multiple sports. Over the years this slowly declined as I found my life getting busier with work. When the kids came there was next to no time for this. By the age of 39 I tried to run “around the block” and struggled just to make the first corner. My weight had slowly crept up to 82kg.

Before I began training with MEFIT personal training Sutherland shire, I didn't have the self-discipline or motivation to lose weight and become fitter. I tried a couple of gyms but was always put off by the super fit people who made me feel very uncoordinated and I found the classes boring.
