MEFIT’s Body Blitz - Group Training

Body Blitz Group Training is tailored for all fitness levels! Below is a outline of each group training class, and get involved and try them all! The Run Club is the only session whereby it helps if you can run for at least 30-40minutes…remembering it doesn’t have to be a sprint.

Box - Fit: 60MIN workout is designed to burn large amounts of calories, increase muscular and cardiovascular fitness whilst partner boxing in a quality-training environment. Highly qualified trainers will coach and motivate you through the combination of punches and drills to encourage you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Don’t miss out - Please reserve your place (limited spots per class), to ensure more one on one attention and ensure you are getting what you came for RESULTS! Note: don’t stress if you haven’t got a partner we’ll team you up with a partner of equal size, strength, and ability.

Total Body Toning: 60MIN workout is most suited for new and or been there done that mum’s and dad’s looking to sneak in a high calorie burn - full body toning class during the mid morning. (No more excuses, Get started today!) Note: don’t stress if you need extra attention,  coming back from having baby or have physical restrictions (knee/back problems) our small group size makes for a safe and fun environment for you to train in. In addition, it enables the trainer to correct your technique so you walk away feeling and knowing you have exercised and targeted those ‘trouble’ areas.

In Door Boot Camp: 60MIN workout is designed similar to the outdoor version of boot camp and then take away the sandhills, rain, mud and finishing off the tough sweaty workout with swim at beach and there you have it!!! A intense indoor workout pushing you right out of comfort zone…giving you a total body pump and massive calorie afterburn!

Run Club: Why not join us for our Sutherland Shire Autumn - Winter Running Group? (Taken by MEFIT’s in house Ironman - Triathlete)Make 2012 the year of PB’s or achievements, you thought were impossible. Runs will cater for all abilities from beginner to seasoned runner. Runs start and finish at MEFIT studio in Sutherland, the perfect place, for a post run coffee. Run sessions will be 1 hour covering warm up, a run in the Sutherland area including interval training and Fartlek (Swedish for speed play), followed by a cool down and stretch.
